Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided you have begun playback of no more than three paid episodes. Episodes 1 and 2, which are available free before enrollment, do not count toward this limit.

If you qualify for a refund, you have two options:

Full refund. If your copy of Prepare, Lead, Win and Campaign Wisdom training card deck have not yet shipped, we will cancel the shipment and refund 100% of the amount you paid for enrollment. If they have already shipped, you may return both items in resalable condition at your expense. Returned materials must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of your confirmed refund request. Once the returned materials are received, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid for enrollment.

50% refund. If you prefer to keep the book and training card deck, you may receive a refund of 50% of the amount you paid for enrollment. No return is required.

Refund requests are made through the refund request page on this website. After submitting your request, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm it. Your refund request is complete when you confirm it, and your access to the Campaign Seminar ends at that time.

For a full refund requiring the return of shipped materials, return instructions will be provided after you confirm your request.

Refund requests made more than seven calendar days after purchase, or after you have begun playback of more than three paid episodes, are not eligible for a refund.

Physical materials ship to U.S. addresses within two business days of enrollment, and tracking information will be provided.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
